Diversity Club students have participated in multiple activities
after the Teen Summit. The students planned and presented a prejudice
awareness program to fifty 7th and 8th grade middle school students.
They also presented to an elementary peer mediation group. During
the week of April 19-24, diversity and multiculturalism was honored
by students signing a permanent
Respect Banner and students presenting a multicultural show, “Viking
Adventures Around the World” on Saturday night. Also, students
have painted a permanent outdoor mural honoring the diversity at
Dulles. The “ribbon cutting” ceremony with student speeches
and guests will take place the second week in May.
